Services Pre-Sales/Architect for Oracle SaaS Applications
Act as services Pre-Sales/Services Architect of Oracle Customer Success Services for SaaS Portfolio, creating technical solutions of sustain services that will help customers to optimize and/or run and maintain Oracle´s SaaS Applications and solutions. The architect will develop a technical knowledge to work with both Applications pillars and PaaS for SaaS (Oracle PaaS);
Core Responsibilities Include:
The Pre-Sales will help develop a territory pipeline, working alongside the CSS Sales teams and also CSS Delivery global teams to execute discovery assessments with customers, identifying the main pain points. Also will work on the opportunities lifecycle to discover, create and present a technical solution and pricing for customers.
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business, defending why Oracle CSS is the best partner to help our customers with Mission Critical Services, Advanced Support and Day-2 Services for Oracle SaaS Applications. Facilitation of customer services portfolio/projects understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Pre-Sales/Services Architect you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and CSS services benefits, services implementation roadmap, future direction and overall Oracle CSS services. Design, validate, and present Oracle CSS Services and solutions and develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships, becoming customer´s Trust Advisory for CSS Services.
Interact with CSS Global areas and structure and local 3rd party partners to develop the services solutions, and follow internal processes for approval gathering.
Qualifications:
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.
May have project lead role.
5 years vendor (presales and operation and functional) experience.
5 years relevant computer applications and Oracle SaaS Applications expertise (ERP, SCM, EPM, CRM, HCM, CX, Commerce Cloud, RightNow, …)..
Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
Oracle SaaS certifications desirable and/or OCI
Must speak English.

Responsibilities
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
