Your day to day

· Guest Services:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

· Problem Resolution:

- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Escalate complex problems to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by taking appropriate actions.

· Guest Relations:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.

- Anticipate and meet guest needs and preferences.

- Coordinate special requests and amenities for VIP guests.

· Staff Supervision:

- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of guest services staff.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

- Ensure staff adheres to established guest service standards.

· Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain guest records and profiles.

- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy and guest feedback.

- Handle billing and financial transactions accurately.

· Communication:

- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.

- Attend staff meetings and share relevant information with the team.

· Quality Control:

- Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of guest areas.

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
