Join us as Food & Beverage Manager . You'll have ambition, talent and obviously some key skills. Because for this vital role, we're looking for someone to lead the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service; ensuring service standards are followed. This position fosters a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging Colleagues to continuously deliver the best possible service to our Guests. This also champions hotel pre-opening phase, drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for the outlets, and ensure timely completion of the projects.

The Food & Beverage Manager is expected to be an experienced senior leader with hands on style in leading & supporting food & beverage colleagues, who understands and can deliver on the expectations of upscale service from a guest perspective and demonstrated financial results within similar size hotel operation.

This role also requires a strong ability to strategically plan and operationally execute annual budget for the department as well as participate in the preparation of the departmental operating budget and financial plans and expenses with a focus on effective control of food, beverage, labour and operating expenses throughout the Food & Beverage department. You would be responsible for developing and implementing standards in guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in hotel management or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience with at least 5 to 7 years progressive work-related experience in the hotel industry is essential. A passion for delivering superior results. Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of results achieved, and practicality in implementation of Food & Beverage best practices & procedures.
