The Early Career Training is a 12 months program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform in the selected role. This program will help you in developing the general skills of the internship and provide on-the-job knowledge and technical experience.

In line with Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• During the internship program we will provide assignments, projects & tasks that are related to your major where you can develop leadership and communication skills.

• Partner with the Quality Leader in MEA region.

• Interact with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to deliver the products that meet the standards and improve our Customer Experience.

• Work on Root Cause Analysis where needed with the key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering from accredited university degree, preferably, in Industrial Engineering

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong Proficiency in SAP.

• Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic.

• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.

• No obstacle to work from Dubai Office for 5 days in a week.

• Previous internship or relevant experience in a similar experience would be an advantage.

Desired Characteristics

• Curious and proactive with high level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to learn.

• Master degree is nice to have.

• Highly organized and in systematic with solid time management skills.
