(Iraq Mega Projects Consultancy Programme)

LOCATION

Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role will be primarily office based with flexibility to travel to Iraq on a visiting basis preferred but not essential.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Programme Director and Deputy Programme Director being responsible for document registration, issue control, transmittal, and distribution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document registration, issue control, copying, distribution and transmittal.

  • Control reports, letters, memos, drawings, specification, records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc.

  • Formatting of the above documentation as required.

  • Manages incoming and outgoing mails, documents, workflows across the programme.

  • Maintaining and organizing project folders.

  • Co-ordination with the document control and administrative team based in Baghdad, Iraq.

  • Co-ordination with the translation team for the programme.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience using SharePoint.

  • Experienced user of internet-based document control systems.

  • Advanced user of MS Office Applications.

  • Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.

  • Fluent English both written and spoken.

  • Arabic preferred but not essential.
