Position: Architect

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia

Division: Actalent Architecture

Overview : Actalent Architecture division is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and support our client in the Virginia Beach area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute projects independently from inception to completion.

• Conduct client meetings to understand and fulfill project requirements.

• Manage the architectural aspects of multi-discipline projects.

• Supervise the design and technical delivery of the team.

• Oversee bidding and construction administration activities for the discipline.

• Participate in business development, marketing, and other company activities.

Technical Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial architecture.

• Proficiency in project management.

• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD software.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and project execution capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate, supervise, and integrate architectural design within multi-discipline teams.

• Commitment to quality assurance and control.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Virginia Beach, Virginia and some days remote.
