Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various types of production machinery and implement effective solutions.

• Repairs: Conduct timely and efficient repairs on malfunctioning equipment, including replacing or fixing defective parts.

• Inspections: Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability when needed and placing orders for new parts as required.

• Collaboration: Work closely with production supervisors and operators to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production schedules.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

• Training: Assist in training production staff on proper operation and basic maintenance of machinery to enhance overall efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
