TEKsystems is hiring a Dispatcher to work onsite with a car dealership in Virginia Beach!

Pay: $19/hr

Environment: Fully onsite in Virginia Beach

Schedule: Between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday

Must be able to work every third Saturday (will get one day off during the week)

Description:

• Answers and handles inbound calls to the Service Departments, scheduling appointments and providing assistance as necessary

• Scheduling loaner vehicles and dispatching drivers to provide customers with rides to and from appointments

• Obtains detailed, accurate and specific customer, vehicle and service information

• Monitors appointments, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

• Proactively contacts customers and conducts other outbound calls as necessary

• Retrieves and handles after-hours voicemails appropriately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of call center experience

• Car dealership experience a plus

• Must be able to work every third Saturday
