We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our general contracting team. This role demands excellent written and oral communication skills, robust problem-solving capabilities, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture and bring over five years of experience in a superintendent role. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Suite/Project are required.

Hard Skills

• OSHA 30 certification

• Experience with Microsoft Project

• 5+ years as a superintendent within commercial construction

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Work Environment

On-site work environment with varying weather conditions. Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
