A day in the role…

As the Broker Support agent, you will be responsible for accepting inbound calls from Insurance Brokers who are out in the field selling Medicare insurance policies. You will be assisting with technical support and questions they may have regarding beneficiaries.

These transactions take 10-15 minutes. Brokers will be calling them for information / questions. They will consistently give out the same information and need to be direct and supportive to the broker.

Must be familiar with Medicare (Part A & Part B) effective dates, enrollments, and CRM.

Member Services

Health Insurance

Call Center Experience

Medicare experience is a plus!
