The Talent Acquisition Manager, Vilnius will serve as the functional advisory for Talent Acquisition, accountable for working towards the talent strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific. A key advisor on best-practices in the Talent Acquisition world – from sourcing strategies to employer branding and everything in between.

Reporting to the TA Regional Leader, EEMEA, you will function as a People Leader and Business Partner for our site in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will possess a strong passion for leadership. Working as a Talent Acquisition SME, you will partner with the Business Leaders, your TA Delivery Teams (In-House & Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO)), translating business needs to hiring results. The TA Manager will directly impact business results, motivated by the exciting growth and development opportunities at Thermo Fisher Scientific!

A Day in the Life:

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR to understand hiring demand within their designated sites. Proactively maintaining relationship, anticipating and addressing issues and concerns.

  • Ensuring the TA teams are aware of upcoming requisition volumes across all hiring segments to allow them to be resourced and prepared.

  • Drive accountability and alignment to SLAs and critical metrics from both their In-House Team and RPO provider.

  • Lead the team by enabling personal development and growth while guiding them in efficiently managing priorities.

  • Collaborate with TA Teams to create and implement sourcing strategies to build, maintain and deliver strong talent pipelines.

  • Close connection with TA Business Partners, ensuring TA strategy alignment at the division and group levels.

  • Lead project based, volume hiring initiatives.

  • Design and implement solutions to hiring challenges and timelines.

  • Analysing and interpreting data to identify hiring trends across the sites to implement effective hiring strategies.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Talent Acquisition Team leadership experience, and the ability to mentor, coach and empower others.

  • Prior experience in RPO, business partnering, project or relationship management preferred.

  • Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategy to meet hiring needs.

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining successful relationships.

  • Knowledge of local labor market, talent channels and candidate insights.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive improvements and define strategy.

  • Effective communicator - navigating through ambiguity, change and barriers to execution.

  • Ability to guide partners through complicated situations, driving successful outcomes while setting expectations.

  • A monthly gross salary of between 3445 EUR > 5160 EUR

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €41,300.00–€62,000.00.
