About the Role:

Are you ready to start a new journey with a team of energized professionals advancing and connecting the world’s infrastructure? Bentley Systems is looking for a talented Senior C++ Engineer to join a distributed team of developers dedicated to writing high-quality, modern C++ code to transform and modernize ProjectWise, a crucial product in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Development: Contribute to the entire software development life cycle, from planning, designing, and architecting to implementation and maintenance.

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop highly secure and scalable cloud-native web services using C++.

• Innovation: Research new, related technologies and contribute to evolving future generations of our products.

About ProjectWise:

ProjectWise is industry-leading software facilitating infrastructure project delivery for projects such as nuclear power plants, oil refineries, factories, airports, roads, railways, tunnels, and bridges. It enables engineers to safely store and efficiently collaborate on their Digital Twin representing infrastructure projects. Required Qualifications:

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a C++ developer with a strong understanding of modern software development practices.

• Cloud-Native Technologies: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL Server & Azure SQL databases and data structures.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

• Message Brokers: Experience with message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, Azure Service Bus) and eventual consistency architectures.
