Maintenance Technician Specialist - SEMIEJE

Role Purpose

Maintains the availability of machinery and equipment of the machining lines, provides technical support to the production process, complies with the preventive and corrective maintenance plan in order to maintain the continuity of operation in the plant, develops continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose and manage solutions to emergency failures of machinery and equipment.

• Reduce process variability generated by machine conditions.

• Request maintenance spare parts

• Update backups of programs and parameters of machines and equipment

• Disseminate a culture of Order, Cleanliness, Quality and Safety in the area.

Experience and essential qualifications

• Completed studies in Electromechanics or Engineering in Robotics, Electricity or Mechanics.

• 2 years in Corrective or Preventive Maintenance.

• Willingness to apply theoretical and practical exam.

• Availability to rotate shift.

Essential competences

• Fault analysis and troubleshooting

• Knowledge in handling PLC's Siemens, Allen Bradley

• Knowledge in handling CNC's Siemens, Okuma, Fanuc

• Database management - Industrial electricity (A.C and D.C)

• Alternating current electric motors

• Advanced hydraulics and servo hydraulics

• Advanced pneumatics.
