Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis related to medical malpractice cases.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and pleadings.

• Coordinate with medical experts, gather evidence, and manage case files.

• Prepare and file court documents, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on medical malpractice or personal injury law.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
