Financial intelligence Analyst II (SAR)

• Why is it open? Membership continues to grow-need assistance to control the volume

• Location: 100% Full-time remote - Candidates must be able to work within the Eastern Standard Time zone

• Pay Rate: $35/hr

• Training Schedule: Full Training class is TBD- M-F 9-530pm EST.

• Shift Schedule: Normal Business hours are 8-430 EST, but they are flexible. The system they used is best not to be used earlier than 7amEST and later than 7pm EST. In general EST /CST times are the best times.

• Time off – No time off during training and very minimal after training with approval by client supervisor.

• Contract length: The Contract Term is 6 months to reduce volume. Potential for extensions and conversion based on volume, budget and performance

Job Description:

• FIA II – Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) regulatory compliance. These individuals will perform research and analysis of Navy Federal account activity to identify red flags and suspicious activity . They must complete SARs with well written narratives and provide well written justification s when SARs aren’t necessary.

Requirements

• Highly Preferred: BSA/AML experience at min Financial Institution BG (teller, MSR -AS/Fraud specifically)

• A large amount of their current work force is former tellers/msr

• Analytical exp

• Reviewing transactional data

• Ability to identify red flags

• Autonomous person

• Ability to write if suspicious and justify why

• Cases Load: Average around 16 SAR reviews per day after training
