Description

We are providing an opportunity for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Vienna, Virginia. This role primarily revolves around sourcing potential candidates and handling extensive outbound calls. The HR Assistant will be immersed in the operational aspects of our team, working closely with our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in proactive recruitment activities, including sourcing of candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting with registrations, and

extending employment offers.

• Achieve weekly performance goals and metrics consistently.

• Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Support the posting and updating of job vacancies on our corporate website, as well as external job sites.

• Undertake administrative tasks and special projects as required, providing support to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Conduct extensive outreach calls.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience

• Proficient in HRIS and recruiting software

• Strong understanding of HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee records management

• Will be learning HR and recruiting duties

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel spreadsheet

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Can work in a very fast paced environment
