Day-to-Day:

Our government client is looking for a data analyst with extensive experience with ALIS and a background in F-35 knowledge. This role would be onsite at the Cherry Point Base five days a week. This employee would be a liaison between the government and the contractors, and should have a strong background in data to be able to communicate findings. Responsibilities include:

Pulling data off of the SOU-U (Standard Operating Unit Unclassified) server stack- data dashboard on the jets, shows all activity.

1. Employee must run the script once a month.

2. Cleanse and analyze the data, then upload the information to Client.

3. Provide mentorship and training to the contractors who are implementing the data.

4. Client facing: be able to answer data questions related to F-35 by the government client, solid communication.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree plus a minimum of three (3) years

working in the field. Three (3) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for

education, for a total minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience.

• An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

• Three (3) years of experience managing data and leveraging analytics tools.

• Familiarity with a variety of analytics deployment architectures (Python, containerized Docker,

Kubernetes, etc.).

• Experience using SQL and other languages (R, Python, Scripts, etc.) to manipulate & analyze

data stored in relational and non-relational databases (or ability to learn).

• Experience configuring or monitoring data pipelines in cloud platforms

(AWS/Oracle/Azure/Google).

• Ability to connect APIs (REST, SOAP, HTTP Methods).

• Experience with Spark/Databricks for streaming data analytics (preferred experience with

graph data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications).

• Experience using Data Factory to schedule pipelines and manage data flows.

• Previous experience integrating data; familiarity with technical issues (e.g., cleaning, merging,

standardizing, documenting, and securing).

• Familiarity with data visualization including experience with common visualization software

(e.g., R, Tableau, Power BI, Elasticsearch/Kibana).

• Experience working on applied data projects that involve working with diverse organizations

to collect, analyze, and interpret data.

• Solid technical skills across a wide variety of tools and data platforms.

• Ability to develop relationships with collaborators, program providers, community partners and

others.

• Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and

complete them in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. - veteran

(Highly preferred) AWS Professional or Specialty Certification or ability to obtain

certification.

• Experience supporting DoD and/or VA missions.

• At least two (2) years using SQL professionally and proficiency with R or Python.

• Cloud project work using AWS, Google, Oracle, and/or Azure.

• Experience with ML/NLP/AI with Neural Networks and Supervised/Unsupervised algorithms

for anomaly detection, forecasting and modeling.

• Proficient in HTTP Methods, Postman development/testing of REST and/or SOAP APIs, and

CRUD actions.

• Demonstrated high proficiency in statistical analysis software including utilizing Power BI,

Tableau, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Alteryx, Python, or R.

• Deep understanding of data quality issues with applied experience in addressing data issues

for quality assurance.

• Proficiency in each phase of the software development lifecycle.

• Strong record of applied data analysis.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills with a successful track record of communicating

complex concepts to diverse audiences.
