Job Description Summary

As a member of the medical device software team you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying our products in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of an international team working on complex software projects. The successful candidate has strong knowledge in object oriented programming, test driven development and medical device software regulations.

We are flexible! This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of medical device software using C# and SQL

  • Collaboration with project managers, product owners, Quality & Regulatory, verification engineers and other stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, technical specifications, interfaces and workflows

  • Participating in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes within the team

  • Providing input to the technical roadmap based on your domain expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or comparable field

  • Experience in C# programming including debugging skills

  • Good understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns and software engineering best practices

  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Experience with Software as a Medical Device

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams

  • Very good written and spoken English skills

According to the collective agreement the minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 53,592 p.a. (ST2, Einstiegsstufe). Based on individual skills and experience, we offer appropriate additional payment.
