Job Description:

Margin Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) will focus on local adoption of new processes and systems as part of a Large Scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Program, which spans multiple locations. Collaboration between all SME’s (Margin Management, Finance, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Sales (Outside Sales & Inside Sales), Marketing, Nutritionals, Transportation, National Account and Procurement) on delivery of Process and System Training and execution of Implementation activities is required. The Margin Management SME reports to the Program Director, Business Transformation. This role requires 100% travel. The position will work closely with Functional Leads (Procurement, Finance, Margin Management, Sales and Operations), Training, Change Management, and Process Analysts from the Business Transformation Team, Performance Foodservice Operating Company resources, and the IT ERP Implementation program team.

Work with leadership of each Performance Foodservice Operating Company and its Margin Management personnel to acquire understanding of current job processes and system functionality

Builds relationships easily

Assist program team with documentation of reporting requirements for the Margin Management functions Identify job functions that Margin Management performs today that will be different or are gaps within the new system

Advise and provide input to training materials for Margin Management. Execute proscribed training plans for Margin Management in the new system Assess business readiness, while identifying and addressing communication gaps and further training opportunities

Establish procedural guidelines for determining configuration options within the new system that affect Margin Management. Train personnel on how and when to change configuration options and the impacts to the Operating Company.

Define the approach to validation of converted system data and guide its effective application by Performance Foodservice Operating Company resources

Create integrated conversion testing plans which support parallel validation of future state workflows and business results.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

4 - 6 Years

Food Service Margin Management, In-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated systems within foodservice industry
