Wolters Kluwer Content Editing Associate - Admin in Victoria, Minnesota
Reports to: Manager, Assessment Content
Type of Position: Part-time
*This role is hybrid - must be able to commute to Victoria, MN office twice per week.
As Editorial Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and editorial support to the Manager of Assessment Content and team of content strategists. You will proactively coordinate with team members throughout the process of content development and publication to ensure timely delivery of key components.

Specific responsibilities include:
Managing tasks related to content development and publishing cycles
Creating questionnaires and coordinating peer reviews
Updating project dashboards and trackers
Reporting monthly usage and key performance measures
Escalating issues to content strategy team and tech development team
Facilitating the development and revision of nursing assessment content
Aiding Content Strategists by reviewing nursing assessment items from authors and vendors
Revising existing nursing assessment items on a digital assessment platform
Assisting with SME management tasks, including recruitment for item writing and editorial advisory boards, roster upkeep, and coordination of project-based and monthly SME assignments
Assisting with general project coordination, special editorial projects, and ad-hoc requests
Administrative tasks
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Taking meeting notes and following up on action items
Ordering gratis copy requests for authors and contributors
Routing contracts and setting up vendors/freelancers for payments
Processing invoices and following up as needed to ensure timely payments
Creating, reviewing, and updating internal standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
College degree (BA/BS) required; English, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Excellent time management skills - demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and/or ability to get up to speed quickly with new systems.
Interest in publishing, digital, or content creation space, a plus
