We are currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at LeadDyno. The successful candidate will leverage their unique skills, strengths and experience to directly impact revenue growth. We are looking to fill this role in our Canadian market. Your Daily Challenges
You will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on the product marketing strategy for LeadDyno. You will collaborate with the General Manager and Product Manager on this strategy and implement and execute the components both independently and while working with other team members.
Key metrics that you will own:
New website visitors
Demos booked
Visitor to Trial conversion
Free trials created
Number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
Number of product qualified leads (PQLs) (Leads that complete onboarding)
Engaged trialing customers
Engaged paying customers
Marketing
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to be in the weeds executing your strategy whether that is creating an A/B test, setting up an email campaign or optimizing PPC campaigns. You will work closely with internal partners on our Product Management and Design teams, as well as external agencies, when needed.
Paid Advertising - Liaise and strategically support PPC agency and media buy
Create, test, and optimize digital ad campaigns for LinkedIn, Meta, Google (Including PPC), YouTube, Capterra and Shopify.
Identify and evaluate new keywords to test.
Explore other paid advertising mediums and platforms.
Track and report on all conversions (free trials, MQLs, paid accounts).
Ensure we are following industry best practices.
Content, SEO and CRO
Identify, evaluate, and report on keywords to test.
Modify existing content for key messaging to improve ranking and conversion rates.
Develop new content for the website, blog, social media and other external platforms.
Create persuasive and consistent messaging that effectively communicates USP across all marketing channels.
Create and monitor A/B tests to test and optimize pages.
Track and report on all conversions (free trials, MQLs, paid accounts).
Ensure we are following industry best practices.
Social Media - Develop and execute content strategy for the product.
Increase the number of free trial sign-ups that qualify as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the sales team to pursue.
Manage and optimize the full funnel and conversion metrics. (Visitors → Free Trial → MQL → Paid Accounts).
Your primary metric will be MQLs.
Create, manage and optimize (open rates, click rates) email campaigns.
Onboard new free trial sign-ups.
Nurture free trial sign-ups to re-engage them.
Nurture existing paying accounts to encourage upgrades and add more use cases.
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize our strategic outbound program.
Clear understanding of audience segmentation
Create, manage and optimize our user and buyer personas (ICP) to ensure we are targeting the right audiences.
Identify subgroups within the target audience to deliver more tailored messaging and build strong connections.
Strategic Analysis and Market Research
Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning and target audience preferences. Identify gaps and opportunities.
Develop a compelling and clear USP that resonates with the target audience
Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive Go-to-Market Strategy that includes a target market and competitive analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives
Your Experience
7+ years of B2B SaaS Growth Marketing
3-5 years in Product Marketing for SaaS
2+ years utilizing Hubspot for marketing
Experience with the kind of tools utilized by SaaS businesses (Userpilot, Figma, Canva, Confluence, Appcues, GA4, Google Ads, SEMRush, VWO, etc.)
CMS experience (Webflow a plus!)
Experience scaling a SaaS business successfully
Adept at marketing strategy, with an aptitude for analytics, data driven decisions for improved ROE and achieving measurable KPIs
Experience working with remote teams
Your Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is expected to be between $75-$90K CAD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set.
