Providedaily livingpersonal care services to individuals with diabilities which may include:dietary needs,dressing and grooming,personal hygiene andmobility; Provide basic respite services in the individual's residence and oversight of client for duration of the service period; Document observations and client conditions and report the Program Director and/or RN as necessary; Maintain complete confidentiality of any and all information concerning clients or potential clients of DCAI Foundation services; Quarterly office visits required.
