Position Summary

As a Group Compliance Specialist , your role will involve ensuring the effective handling of Nestlé's grievances processes (e.g., Speak Up), coordinating and collaborating in internal investigations, promoting a culture of speaking up and supporting the organization in maintaining high ethical standards.

A Day in the Life of a Group Compliance Specialist

• Coordinate and ensure the appropriate management of the Speak UP system (Nestlé’s whistleblowing system)

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of records and documentation of grievance cases

• Provide guidance and assist case managers throughout the grievance resolution process and ensure consistency across all markets

• Support at Group and Market level on internal investigations, including gathering information and conducting interviews

• Develop and analyze trends and contribute to initiatives promoting a culture of speaking up

• Periodic review of existing guidelines and processes related to grievance resolution

• Assist in preparing reports for management oversight and external reporting

What will make you successful

• A Law/Finance/HR/Compliance qualification, either fully or partially completed

• Experience in Compliance, Human Resources, or project management

• Previous exposure to investigations and/or whistleblowing systems is considered an asset

• Strong sense of integrity and interest in ethical matters, as well as project management, with the ability to provide support and adapt quickly

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills, being a team player with a collaborative work style, and possessing strong communication and listening skills

• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

• Demonstrating superior common sense, business judgment, and decisiveness

• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
