Holloway Ins Agcy Customer Service Rep/Retention Specialist in Vestavia Hills, Alabama
- Providing excellent Customer service to meet the insurance and financial needs of the agency's client.
- Contacting new prospects and existing customers to better assist them with potential insurance and financial needs.
- Being the first representative to answer incoming calls Setting sales and IFR appointments for the agent and sales team Handling administrative needs required by the agent and sales staff Being knowledgeable in all products and service tasks.
- Processing and clearing items on the BOD report daily Experience and Knowledge General knowledge of office procedures and customer service experience is preferred.
- Prepare forms (scan and attach documents) applications, agreements and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements.
- Track and record policy changes and update information in NECHO, ECRM, and the other files and databases as appropriate.
- Greeting customers and prospective customers who walk in or call the agency.
- Processing policy changes, updating household information and handling policyholder claims.
- Contacting prospects and policyholders to set appointments.
- Cleaningout Beginning of the Day reports daily, preparing sales materials for the agent.
- Handling routine office maintenance/cleaning and ordering supplies.
- Handling additional duties that may be assigned by the agent.
