Retail Associate - Versailles, KY

We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will provide a welcoming and hospitable experience to each guest, offer product education to gift shop customers, operate the retail POS system, handle cash transactions accurately, restock shelves, rotate merchandise, and perform light routine cleaning. Additionally, you will operate bottle engraving equipment, answer the gift shop phone, perform opening and closing procedures, monitor supplies, and maintain a professional appearance.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift: 8:45am-5;15pm

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and guest-first demeanor

  • Hospitality mindset and ability to communicate clearly and engage in conversation

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

  • Dependable and able to work well with others as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register operations
