Job Title: QC Supervisor

Job Description

Join our dynamic Analytical Development Team as a QC Supervisor, where you will lead a group of 6 talented chemists. Your primary role involves overseeing the method development and validation of new pharmaceutical compounds from early conception through clinical trials to commercialization. You will be drafting new methods and validations, predominantly focusing on project management and supervisory responsibilities rather than hands-on lab work. You will also liaise with clients primarily through virtual meetings, understanding and applying both GMP and R&D protocols.

Job Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of GMP lab experience

• 3-5+ years of Development and Validation experience ideal

• 3-5+ years of Analytical Chemistry experience running HPLC, GC, dissolution

• Testing in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Ideal if they have worked with clients in the past directly

• Self-motivated/self-sufficient/self-starter

• Can manage their own tasks

• Can trust them and give them space to get the job done

• Self-aware- be able to give feedback and know your limitations when you give and receive feedback.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Verona, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Work in a modern, expanded Quality Control lab with a team-oriented setting. The environment features shared spaces for chemists and individual desks for scientist-level professionals. Our lab houses four chemistry teams, each supervised by experienced leaders managing 4-5 chemists.
