We are searching for a strong print operator that can set up and print custom orders while maintaining our high-quality standards and has a customer-centric mindset. Job Responsibilities: Primary digital printing responsibilities include setting up and printing orders with willingness to flex into different production and/or finishing areas as needed Work closely with Pre-Press and Graphic Art department to ensure order set-up meet production standards Ensure all orders meet color and quality expectations Prioritize production work orders to maximize efficiency while meeting all ship date requirements Perform general maintenance on machines including greasing, changing cutter blades, changing tools; required cleaning; preventative maintenance ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with digital printers (HP Indigo or comparable toner production printers) and paper cutters; experience in a short run environment using sheet-fed equipment Experience with performing general maintenance on machines Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel Working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign a plus Color matching skills Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
