Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. The role is positioned within the retail industry and will require you to support our store team in providing an exceptional experience for customers. You will be chiefly involved in maintaining the store environment, managing inventory, and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant promptly and providing a basic demonstration of our technology for new customers.

• Assure that the sales floor, counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning, reporting any exceptions to leadership.

• Regularly check the inventory in the back of the store, assist in receiving new inventory and ensure proper stocking according to store standards.

• Conduct weekly cycle count processes and assist the leadership team in identifying opportunities to improve the store count process.

• Maintain a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly our products and services, and act as a resource for both the store team and customers.

• Adapt readily to store management priorities and direction, always demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, being able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

• Assist in maintaining a clean store environment and well-organized back of house spaces.

• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move around the store constantly.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Possess exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

• Have proven experience in sales, with the ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Understand and adhere to all company procedures and policies.

• Display strong leadership skills, with the capacity to guide and inspire team members.

• Have experience with check processing and be able to quickly and accurately handle monetary transactions.

• Have a background in retail, preferably with store experience.

• Have knowledge of conductivity and its applications in a retail setting.

• Have experience with warehouse management, including stock control and inventory management.

• Show excellent attendance record and be consistently punctual.

• Familiarity with the programming language 'Go' and software 'ProFile' is a plus.

• Be willing to work overtime when necessary.

• Have experience with cycle count procedures in a retail or warehouse setting.

• Be able to safely navigate store walkways, even during busy periods.

• Have experience with QA Management, ensuring all products and services meet company standards.
