Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Technician, where you'll be the critical link between our repair station and high-profile Military and Commercial customers. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, expertly managing complex inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions. What You Will Do:

  • Resolve inquiries and complaints from Military and Commercial customers.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

  • Communicate clearly with team members, management, and customers.

  • Follow company procedures, policies, and regulations.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to validate work and provide quotes.

  • Accurately document orders in SAP and ensure completeness.

  • Deescalate customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and solve problems independently.

  • Support customer visits and lead conference calls as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and contractual requirements.

  • Continuously learn and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Employees with success in this role typically have a combination of technical background and or account management with a 2 year or 4 year degree

  • Prior customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (minimum of 12 months)

  • Previous experience working with SAP

  • Proficient in MS Office

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
