What impact you’ll make?

Lead calibration laboratory technicians and organize / execute calibration activities. Support the aero quality improvement initiatives and drive systemic improvements in key quality metrics & processes. Lead quality related projects at aeroderivative gas turbine assembly area.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Lead all calibration laboratory activities

• Coordinate laboratory technicians

• Organize and execute internal calibrations per applicable ISO standards

• Organize external calibrations per applicable ISO standards

• Organize the repair of measurement tools

• Supervise calibration equipment related tasks (specification, procurement, repair, scrap)

• Prepare calibration plans for all manufacturing cells

• Support manufacturing in measurement related sub-tasks and projects

• Plan & track calibration related costs

• Lead quality related continuous improvement efforts in accordance with quality metrics at Aero CoE

• Lead problem solving and RCA activities at Aero CoE

• Maintain and improve quality process documentation and enforce to ensure consistent quality at Aero CoE using lean tools

• Represent production area & calibration laboratory on internal and external audits.

What you’ll bring

• Technical University/College (BSc/MSc)

• Relevant experience in production quality

• English and Hungarian language knowledge

• Logical thinking, precise, good communication and team facilitation skills

• Good problem solving and process improvement skills, team spirit behavior, openness to new challenges.
