Compensation:

Salary Range: $83,309 - $123,620 (Represented by UTLO) (Grade E - 556 hay points)

UTLO rate: $122,500

Summary: This position is responsible for the daily delivery of safe, reliable, courteous and on-schedule bus transportation service on specific routes and at specific depots throughout NYC Transit, MTA Bus.

Responsibilities:

  • Specifically responsible for developing supervisory picks, implementing schedule variations, maintaining on-time performance standards, administering discipline, and daily labor relations contact with line stewards and depot chairman.

  • Manage the development and implementation of quality control, safety and training programs in support of depot operations. Incumbents may also rotate between the Quality Performance and Training Divisions.

Education and Experience

  • Five (5) years of related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/managerial experience; or

  • A satisfactory equivalent of the combined education and experience requirements.
