Responsibilities

Position Summary

The AOG Expeditor is responsible for prompt acquisition of materials required to resolve Aircraft on Ground situations. This is accomplished via expediting open Repair Orders or Purchase orders or initiating purchases as required and ensuring their prompt delivery to the out of service aircraft. The position supports the Operational Control Center personnel.

Job Responsibilities

Expediting open repair and/or purchase orders.

Coordination of the shipment and receipt of materials via the timeliest and most cost-effective manner.

Creating purchase orders in support of aircraft, for all maintenance bases, when the need arises.

Managing requisition or purchase orders submitted by all maintenance bases, for all AOG A/C, and for any requirements that fall within the
