This position will drive and work closely with other software application engineers, architects, technology leads and directly engage with internal and external software development teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Owns individual contributions to software applications development projects; meets project deliverables by collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer services departments.

  • Allocates resources to complete programming projects, and designing detailed plans to ensure applications are functioning properly

  • Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms.

  • Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution

  • Providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises expertise and judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to develop fast, efficient and reusable solution on client applications.

  • Develop and maintain shared code leverageable from windows and mobile applications.

  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels

  • Programming knowledge of Javascript and typescript.

  • Experience building web UI components using React.

  • Experience on windows development is desirable.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 8 plus years of experience.

The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
