*Senior Program Management Specialist (TTE)  Vancouver, WA -- Southwest Region $88,416 -- $118,932 Annually  * Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technical Engineer to fill the Senior Program Management Specialist vacancy in Vancouver, WA. The Senior Program Management Specialist is responsible for leading the development of the regional highway construction program for Southwest Region. In this role, you will lead staff who monitor and report project budget, scope, and schedule information out to internal and external customers and who administer the work order authorization process. You will help coordinate the development of scopes, schedules and cost estimates and prioritization for candidate projects consistent with policies and objectives. The incumbent also assists the Program Management and Services Manager in advocating for Region Area Offices, agency partners, developers, and people in the community to develop a program to meet community needs identified through public engagement and feedback. This position contributes to WSDOT's mission by providing technical assistance to all project personnel to ensure project scopes address identified needs and projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
