Location: Vancouver, Washington * Type: Contract * Job #7787 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Operations Analyst position will use modeling techniques and optimizing methods to aid management in decision making, policy formulation, and process development. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, workflow tracking, creating decision support documents, and developing optimal time, cost, and logistics methodologies. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA. Pay Rate: $44.16 - $63.09 Benefits: * Paid holidays: 11 * PTO: Starting at 10 days * Sick Leave: Up to 56 hours per year (prorated based on start date) * EAP: Employee Assistance Program * Benefit Options Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, DCA, LPFSA, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, 401k (immediately eligible for employee and employer contributions - employer match up to 4%) * Other benefits include the following: Calm App, Access Perks Responsibilities: Program Support / Contract Lead: * Understand TTO General Support System (GSS) structure and functional teams: Coordinate the TTO General Support System (GSS) structure and functional teams and facilitate developing program strategies to link with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) based accreditation GSS structure. * Provide project management support for compliance mitigation plans and asset strategy initiatives: * Track mitigation dates. * Follow-up with assigned resources to verify action items for mitigation plans are completed on-time. * Facilitate meetings to address questions related to compliance and asset strategy plans and initiatives. * Create reports and timelines detailing status of mitigation plan activities. * Perform quarterly review of users with authorized cyber access to systems and unescorted physical access to Critical Cyber Assets (CCA), Access and Control Monitoring (ACM) Cyber Assets. Verify accesses have been properly authorized per North American * Reliability Cooperation (NERC) standards and that access imprint remains accurate following pre-set guidelines and within established time constraints. * Lead / facilitate project initiatives and process improvement efforts arising from Process Support and Management team processes. * Encourage and validate team adherence to compliance processes on a daily basis; and develop work processes to improve the compliance posture of the company: * Review current processes against policy and procedures to verify alignment, report to management where any differences are found. * Evaluate current org processes and policies alignment to compliance standards and regulations for accuracy with the standard. Recommend changes to management. * Draft management reporting tools that document and communicate the progress of standards-related activities to verify timely completion. * Participate in Incident Reviews (IRs) and Rapid Response Team (RRT) meetings, represent the implementing manager to provide information, evidence, and artifacts that apply to compliance incidents. Reliability Compliance: * Provide monitoring, review, analysis, and support for the reliability program by verifying information is reliable, consistent, and useful.
