Providence St. Joseph Health Major Accounts Service Representative, ASO *Remote* in Vancouver, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling a Major Accounts Service Representative who will: Support the Account Managers commercial and ASO (Administrative Services Only) account service activities by providing project coordination and by representing Providence Health Plans (PHP) to the Plans largest and most complex clients Be responsible for developing and executing implementation plans, resolving complex issues, and representing the Health Plan at employee meetings, benefit and wellness fairs Work closely with consultants, third party vendors and other departments via telephone and in person with special expertise in the service of ASO accounts Travel for site visits and events as defined by manager and departmental needs Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for applicants to apply who reside in the following areas: Washington Oregon Please note the following important detail regarding this role: This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, Oregon Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 3+ years of experience working in insurance or TPA industry or in plan administration for a self-funded employer Experience preparing and delivering presentations to audiences of any size Experience communicating with customers in person, by phone and in writing Experience working in a detail-oriented position with demonstrated ability to independently analyze data and situations and problem solve Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
