Machine Operator

Pay: $24.75 / HR

Location: Vancouver, WA

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose quality issues, identifying root causes.

• Make mechanical adjustments to equipment, including conveying systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with mechanical machine operation (e.g., mold press, injection molding, press operating, CNC) or a strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through interests/hobbies.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of issues.

Environment/Shift:

• Produce paper and plastic bags, including forming and printing.

• Clean, climate-controlled environment with a dedicated team for each machine.

• Extensive training provided due to the learning curve for operating machines.

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday with alternating Wednesdays.
