Robert Half is seeking a contract Customer Service Representative for a client in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order entry, invoicing, and addressing product-related inquiries and concerns via phone, email, fax, and mail. We're looking for individuals who excel at building strong customer relationships and are passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process order entries and invoicing based on customer requests received through phone, email, mail, or fax

• Address product-related inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide knowledgeable support

• Coordinate the shipping and tracking of customer orders to ensure timely delivery

• Provide coverage for receptionist duties as needed

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned

  Requirements

• 1+ years of order entry experience

• Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

• Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and proven accuracy

• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
