Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Product Manager with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join the Global Fulfillment Engineering team at a multinational athletic apparel retailer. The Product Manager will be assisting in the continuous improvement and transition to Manhattan Active, specifically for their Mississauga Workstream transition. They will be liaising between the scrum teams assigned for Manhattan 13 and Manhattan Active to make decision on what will be transitioned to the legacy system, so traditional Agile Product Management concepts apply including Jira, Epics and User Stories. It's vital that the Product Manager can manage trade-off conversations between the two teams and is very familiar with stakeholder management from the floor level operations team all the way to executive perspectives. This is a new role with a focus on increasing data informed decisions within the company, so a candidate that is eager to embrace the ambiguity of a new role and enjoys establishing a process instead of just using a roadmap would be a great fit.

Skills and Requirements

* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager applying Agile Product Management concepts including Jira, Epics and User Stories

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within Distribution Centres (DCs), preferably having done a WMS implementation before

* 1+ year of e-commerce and/or retail experience

* Able to work cross-functionally, with stakeholders from the floor level operations team all the way to executives

* Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Tableau for managing data

* Experience performing Gap Analysis for business process requests

* Analytical and enjoys making data informed decisions

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills

* Motivated self-starter / ability to take initiative * Manhattan Active experience

* Experience implementing a WMS from the ground up

* Able to go into the Toronto DCs when needed

* Eager to establish a new process and deep interest in the subject matter null
