We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and must speak fluent Spanish. Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline HR support and consultation to employees, interpreting and explaining HR policies and procedures.

• Facilitate and manage the employee relations process, including conducting investigations and resolving complex employee complaints.

• Advise and support managers on organizational policy matters.

• Carry out administrative tasks such as processing documents, recording statistics, gathering payroll data, and inputting employee data into HRIS databases.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and generate reports, analyze data and assist in strategic decision-making processes.

• Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

• Lead, design, and facilitate organizational training and development initiatives.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with an emphasis on employee relations.

• Fluent in Spanish is a requirement.

• Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions and processes.

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
