     The High School Principal will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the high school, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students. This role includes overseeing staff performance, continuous improvement efforts, and student achievement while fostering strong community engagement. The principal will collaborate with staff, parents, and district leadership to implement educational goals and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
