$120,000.00 earning potential during your first twelve months.

You will net $48,000.00+ base with a potential for $72,000.00 (and up) in commissions for your day-to-day duties. (See below).

Your purpose: As a team member, you'll spend your day locating businesses and informing them of our initiative. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to grow and develop as you get to know these local businesses and further our initiative together.

You will be pivotal in our company as an Account Executive (AE). Your primary responsibility will be managing our client relationships (60), a role that is crucial and integral to our operations.

You will also be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals, deeply understanding their needs and how our company can best serve them.

The company's success will depend on your ability to manage client relationships and deliver results effectively.

During each eight-hour day or forty-hour workweek, there is the opportunity to make 375 contacts.

  • Each Account Executive makes 75 contacts daily, 375 weekly, 1,500 monthly, and 4,500 in three months. 
  • Averaging sixty client accounts in 90 days.

Each employee will use Key Performance Indicators or KPIs to measure each day's successes or shortcomings. 

Daily KPIs include six appointments scheduled through a variety of the following: thirty phone calls, five stop-ins (door pulls), thirty follow-up emails, and ten handwritten letters.

In total, 75 contacts are to be made each day. 375 each week, Monday through Friday, with Saturday as an opportunity to catch up with missed metrics

Daily KPIs:

  • Appointments set.
  • Appointments ran.
  • Sales Closed.
  • Phone calls.
  • Stop-ins (door pulls).
  • Business Networking events.
  • Follow-up emails (never use email as the first contact method).
  • Handwritten thank you cards or letters.

Each AE will record their daily activity in our (CRM) customer relationship management program, HubSpot. 

Once sixty accounts are in place, the account executive will monitor and maintain them.

During this maintenance phase, account executives are expected to refer additional business services to our current customers and surrounding areas using metrics like those above.

The goal is four business fundings per calendar month with sixty accounts.

In addition to your hourly wage, capital funding has a 4% commission.

Example: $10,000 funded to a referred business pays $400.00 the next business day.

$100,000.00 funded pays the account executive $4,000.00.

Projected income of $120,000.00 over the first twelve months.

  • Base pay of $23.26 hourly or $48,380.80
  • Commission from four business fundings monthly (48), averaging $1,500.00 or an additional $72,000.00 potential.
  • This does not factor in additional commissions and bonuses.
