Robert Half Human Resource Coordinator in Valley Center, California

Description We are in search of a meticulous Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the service industry located in Valley Center, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for a multitude of administrative tasks, including the maintenance of confidentiality and integrity of various files, the coordination of tribal benefits and service programs, and the effective communication of tribal membership services. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of various files, including human resources and tribal member files

• Accurately input data into databases, including employee and tribal member information

• Conduct regular audits of HR and Tribal Member files to ensure the proper collection and filing of required documents

• Provide information and assistance on tribal membership benefits, service programs, and enrollment benefits

• Coordinate all enrollment and changes for tribal benefits and service programs

• Educate tribal members on available benefits and services to facilitate informed decision-making

• Maintain positive working relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and service providers

• Communicate effectively tribal benefits and services information through various channels

• Prepare informational materials, brochures, and publications to facilitate understanding of services

• Conduct studies, research, and analyze statistical data related to tribal membership benefits

• Prepare and disseminate reports, surveys, and tables related to tribal membership services

• Perform complex technical and administrative tasks related to tribal membership services

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, records, and reports

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail for Member Services and HR

• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and report shortages when necessary. Requirements

• Must possess strong skills in Administrative Assistance

• Experience in Audit Workpapers and Audit Prep is necessary

• Must maintain a high level of Confidentiality

• Proven track record in delivering Customer Satisfaction

• Receptionist Duties experience is required

• Strong Organizational Planning skills needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
