Staff Accountant Duties will vary by project

• Month/quarter/year-end close

• General ledger and bank reconciliations Journal entries

• Project billing

• Full cycle AP and AR

• Financial statement preparation.

• Other projects as assigned

  Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, Billing, Month-End)

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• At least 2 ERP Software Systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, QuickBooks

• Advanced Excel a must - Vlookups, Pivot tables, Formulas

• Passion for consulting
