Great client is seeking to add a project coordinator to their team. The project coordinator will oversee and support the execution of individual projects. Candidates MUST have experience in the Construction or Manufacturing / Industrial industry and have a willingness to learn. You must also possess strong customer success skills and effective communication abilities to ensure utmost client satisfaction.

responsibilities:

• Participating in transition meetings with the Estimating Department, Engineering Department, and Manufacturing to kick off projects

• Verify all Safety Information has been properly submitted for his/her project

• Work directly with Estimating to create a project schedule according to estimated timelines

• The Project Manager will serve as the liaison for any communication between client and their customers

• Participate in production meetings with the production managers and shop floor team leaders

• Review and approval of all buy items before passing along to the Procurement team

• Work with the Engineering team for field dimensions needed for fabrication

• Coordinate field team's schedule and timeline to complete tasks

• Work with Controller and Procurement on final close out of projects

• Participate in "Lessons Learned" meetings quarterly to review all projects with management team

Travel: 20% of projects have local travel and about 5% of projects have true out-of-town travel. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Requirements:

• Must have construction and/or manufacturing industry experience

• Will have 1+ years of hands-on experience

• Must have the ability to communicate with customers and build relationships

• Organized and self-sufficient

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
