Edwards Lifesciences Bids Representative Critical Care in Valencia, Spain

How you will make an impact :

• Populate pre-qualification questionnaires

• Perform Tender application and tracking

• Process Tender document collation and shipment

• Process Internal information requests

• Documentation control / check & system update

• Complete customer reporting

• Respond to customer data requests (external)

• In charge of Internal (Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) & External Customer communication

• Resolve basic Bids & Tenders activities including investigating and performing root cause analysis under direction and supervision

• Solve more complex problems and produce standard reporting & Analysis

• Other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership

• Geographic span of control: Spain/Portugal

What you will need :

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of previous related experience required

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

What else we look for :

• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite

• Experience with an ERP software (e.g. JDE)

• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures

• Moderate knowledge on Edwards products and customers

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives

• Strict attention to detail

• Contacts are across the organization and with external contacts

• Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
