Position Overview

The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for scoping and delivery of small-to-medium-scale content production projects. This position will work with internal and external customers to define and monitor content briefs. The Project Manager will ensure successful and profitable execution of content production by following established Standards and supporting the implementation of processes and SOP’s that drive consistency in content production. This position will partner with Project Management, Production, Commercial, and Operations teams within EMEA to determine content production requirements. The Project Manager will report to the Senior Project Manager – Creative, and the Director, Creative Services.

Key Job Responsibilities

Content Project Management

  • Prepare and communicate content production briefs with team members and vendors/partners.

  • Determine and secure the resources required to successfully complete each project.

  • Deliver World Class Service - Maintain focus on client needs by attending client meetings, creating and maintaining organised documentation and responding to client concerns and questions.

  • Monitor project scope throughout the production planning process and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

  • Value People - Assist sales, production and operations teams to help determine content production needs and solutions for the project.

  • Assist with the creation of presentations when required.

  • Review all produced content to confirm that content is delivered as briefed.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organisation and provide outstanding customer service while focusing on client retention.

  • Manage changes, including schedule, brief, or resource modifications.

  • See The Bigger Picture - Mentor and communicate with Encore Team Members on content production execution and best practices to help improve the local knowledge base and experience in the market.

  • Do the Right Thing - Ensure compliance with established Creative Standards.

Financial Management

  • Prepare offers for creative productions, negotiate pricing, manage project budget costs, and work with team leadership to minimise outside labour expenses.

  • Assist with the completion of post-production client invoice.

  • Drive Results - Ensure compliance with Encore Policies and Procedures to minimise company’s exposure to liability claims and property damage, theft and misappropriation.

Administrative & Training

  • Complete Encore post-production process, to include the completion of all reporting, confirming all workforce hours are accurately entered and ensuring that all production files are archived correctly.

  • Participate in the development of Creative Services SOP’s.

  • Conduct review and analysis of proposed production as required.

  • Keep all project data and timesheet information up to date in the Project Management software.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management for content production. Event experience would be an advantage.

  • 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong Content Production Background

  • Strong Client relationship skills

  • Familiarity with budgets and cost control

  • Works well under pressure

  • Ability to manage multiple complex job functions within a fast-paced environment

  • MS Office experience required

  • Technical diagram knowledge / experience preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 20% may be required

  • Multilingualism is an advantage (e.g. German, French …)
