As an Associate Manager in Global Drug Quality and Operations Partnerships, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence and integrity in all our external partnerships. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the health and well-being of communities globally, ensuring the quality and safety of our groundbreaking medicines.

A typical day might look like;

Forge Strong Partnerships: Support the effective implementation and maintenance of a risk-based quality oversight framework with External Parties, including CROs, Vendors and Collaborators

Elevate Quality Standards and a Quality Mindset: Support implementation, revision and tracking of Quality Agreements and associated training materials to manage expectations for effective quality-to-quality partnering

Be at the Heart of Communication: Support management of the GDQOP Mailbox and communications, triaging incoming vendor queries, KQIs reports and process deviations

Drive Excellence: Perform operational planning and organizational activities to support GDQOP and GDQGO infrastructure, systems and processes.

This role might be for you if you have;

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience.

  • Experience working in either a quality/compliance role (e.g., Quality Management, Quality Assurance etc.), or in a Clinical Development role with expertise and/or transferable skills related to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and/or Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP).

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

  • A commitment to quality, with a track record of driving improvements and maintaining high standards.

  • Experience in training, supervising and/or mentoring staff.
