Main responsibilities

Strategic planning and development of the accounts

  • ImplementRCC and Melanoma strategy on accountlevel.

  • Ensure a consistentcross-functionalapproach towardsaccountsin linewith strategy

Operational responsibilities

  • Visitkeyprescribers, MDO membersinthedifferentaccountsand meetthesales force effectivenessobjectivessetforthedifferentstakeholders

  • OrganizeP2P meetingsand other commercial activities

  • Network externally andincreaseaccessto our customers

  • Gatherallrelevantinformation toperform a continuousanalysis of thesituationin key accounts,includingan overview of hospitalchallengesand opportunities.

  • Pro-actively use of availablesalestools for accountanalysis

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 2 yearssuccessfulexperienceasaccountmanagervisiting specialists, preferableinoncology

  • Experience & examplesin strong KeyAccountManagement.

  • Demonstratedcapability to analyzeand have a solution oriented approach.

  • Abilitytotranslateagreedstrategyintoanoperationalactionplanwithcleartimelines.

  • Strong networkerand teamplayer

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

  • Fullyadhere to Bristol MyersSquibb’shigh standards of Ethicsand Compliancewith a clearfocus on theneeds of thepatientsweworkforandwho arein need of our therapies

  • Fluentuse of Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook,Word,Adobeand Internet.

  • Experience with remote detailing and multichannel tactics is appreciated

  • High degree of curiosityinthehospitalbusiness & knowledge of thehospitalenvironment.

  • Excellent(verbal & written)communication skills,abilitytoadaptcommunicationstyleand contenttodifferenttargets
