Resource Center for Independent Living Service Documentation Specialist in Utica, New York

Job Duties:The successful candidate will be expected to:Maintain a caseload with the time and attendance system for direct care staff.Audit and approve entries within database software, where attention to detail is essential.Clear/timely communication via phone and email, maintaining documentation of the communications.Work within an office setting.Education:A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Two-to-three years of customer service and data entry experience.Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and through written communication.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Benefits:37.5 work week, 7.5 hour work day, flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, four-day work week every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.16 annual vacation days, 12 annual sick days, and 13 annual paid holidays (now includes Eid-Al-Fitr and Yom Kippur401K with up to 10% employer investmentHeavily subsidized health/vision/dental insuranceAdditional benefits availableTravel Required: No
